Dee Davis, Managing Director. Mr. Davis is the founder of Energy Capital Advisors, LLC, a Houston based advisory firm focused upon emerging markets. Prior to the formation of Energy Capital Advisors,, Mr. Davis served as the Director of International Business Development of Torch Energy Advisors, Inc. He also held the position of Portfolio Manager for certain of its institutional clients during his tenure with Torch Energy. Prior to joining Torch Energy, he was an officer and financial manager in both publicly and privately held companies engaged in the upstream oil and gas industry and was responsible for the commercial and investment banking relations, financial reporting, acquisition financing and risk management. Mr. Davis holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Robert Erwin, Senior Managing Director. – Mr. Erwin is the founding Principal of Aeicon Corporation. Mr. Erwin has over 25 years of experience in project finance with worldwide experience encompassing over $10 billion in transactions for energy, infrastructure and commercial real-estate assets in the U.S., Asia, Australia, Eastern Europe and Latin America.

Richard Heien, Managing Director. – Mr. Heien is the former president and principal owner of Northern Engineering, Inc. in Houston, TX, and former vice president of Enron Engineering & Construction Company.  Mr. Heien has over 25 years of experience in the development, acquisition, construction, operations and financing of energy industry assets having been directly involved in the completion of over $5 billion of various complex operating facilities.

Marjorie Hoeh, Vice President – Business Development - MaxEn Development. Founder and owner of MHoeh & Associates. Over 15 years of domestic and international business development experience in power, industrial and infrastructure projects, as well as in education, medical and security industries. Developed Business and project opportunities in North America, Central and South America, South East Asia and Europe.

Ernesto Verdugo, Managing Director – Aeicon Corporation and MaxEn Capital – Latin America.  Mr. Verdugo has served in senior business development and management capacities throughout Latin America for the past thirty-five years including companies such as E. I. DuPont, Celanese/Hoechst, Cemex, Mexinox, Bufete Industrial, Ovalle & Moore (Chile), and Bay, Ltd.  He has served as member of the Board of Directors of Productos Industriales Metalicos; Maquinara Agricola y de Construccio; Cementos Portland, Cementos California, and Cementos Guadalajara; La Libertad Cia. De Seguros; Mexaro; Finacril; Comtex; Celmex; Cemaco; Grupo Uhde; Bufete Industrial; and Ovalle & Moore.  Mr. Verdugo has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Mexico.
