• Advisory Services to Sea Ventures, Inc. – to build three US-flagged, 40,000 ton, conference cruise ships to be built in US shipyards utilizing equity, vendor, and Title XI financing - $1 billion

• Grupo R – Advisory services for bidding construction of 2,500 ton lift crane vessel for PEMEX - $65 million

• Maritime Capital Solutions, LLC (a C-Mar, Ltd. affiliated company) – acquisition of nine-vessel fleet of crew boats operating in the US Gulf of Mexico - $50 million

• PEMEX – Over $400 million of working capital for various offshore production, living quarters, pipelines, and related facilities for Enron Engineering & Construction and several Mexican Engineering construction companies including, CIGSA, DEMAR;  and CCC joint ventures
